Martin Andenmatten

Andenmatten Martin

MaMartin Andenmatten has been involved for more than 25 years in various fields of informatics.

After years of involvement in systems technology in the large-computer segment as well as in a client-server environment, Mr Andenmatten managed various IT infrastructure projects. For more than 4 years he was responsible for the operation of all decentralized systems and applications in a private Swiss bank where he led a team of more than 30 employees. Today, Martin Andenmatten is CEO of Glenfis AG.

He leads substantial service management projects for various customers. Since 2002 he has also been course manager of the successful ITIL® Foundation, ITIL® Service Manager and COBIT trainings. Moreover, as accredited trainer for Apollo13 and Challenge of Egypt he leads process simulations and ITSM experiences directly at the client site. He acquired his theoretical knowledge as a graduate in Business Informatics II and Business Economics FH. Furthermore, he is a certified ITIL® Service Manager as well as ITIL® V3 Expert , and in 2003 passed the examination to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Since autumn 2004 he is certified ISO/IEC consultant and auditor. Furthermore, since 2008 Martin Andenmatten is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT). His practical experiences he has documented as the publisher and author of the book «ISO 20000: Praxishandbuch für Service Management und IT-Governance».

Martin Andenmatten is the founder of Glenfis AG.

Lydia Bremicker

Bremicker Lydia

Lydia Bremicker has several years of experience in being a director’s secretary as well as in managing the back office of Sales & Organisation departments.

After her commercial education and ongoing job-specific trainings Mrs Bremicker worked in different financial institutions for several years. Thereafter she organized an exhibition for computer scientists in Zurich. In autumn 2005 Mrs Bremicker joined Glenfis AG after having been course coordinator at a renowned technical college.

At Glenfis AG Mrs. Bremicker is responsible for the organisation and the administration of the IT Service Management training courses. In addition she handles the sales via the internet.

Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann

Flückiger-Strotmann Sabrina

Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann startet working in the IT training environment in 1991.

After graduation from the university of Cologne, Germany as a master of educational sciences and agogic, 1991 Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann started working for a Swiss software company, where she was in charge of all desktop publishing, including manuals and training material. As of 1994 she concentrated totally on IT training. She provided application training to staff members of a Swiss private bank in Zurich and New York. At Glenfis AG she works as an ITSM trainer for glenfisAcademy.

Sabrina Flückiger-Strotmann holds a masters degree in educational sciences and is a certified ITIL service manager.

She joined the Glenfis AG team in January 2008.

Daniel Frutschi

Frutschi Daniel

Daniel Frutschi has been working in the area of information technology since 1986; within IT Service Management since 1999.

Following the studies, Daniel Frutschi worked as a research associate at a university in the US. He was engaged in different areas in operation centers. He defined standards and conducted several international projects. As a project manager, he negotiated and supervised telco service level agreements. By Glenfis AG, Daniel Frutschi conducts customer projects, supports companies by determine maturity levels and is involved with ITIL training.

Daniel Frutschi has successfully completed several courses of study (mechanical engineering FH, post graduate study in software engineering, post graduate study in production engineering STV).

Daniel Frutschi is certified ITIL Service Manager and ITIL Practitioner, ISO 20'000 consultant, ISO 20'000 auditor, ISO 27'001 lead auditor and certified information system auditor (CISA). Daniel Frutschi has joined Glenfis AG in 2002.

Eric Kampstra

Kampstra Eric

Upon completion of his study in 1970, Eric Kampstra started his professional career in the Information Technology area.

Since then his main area of activities was concentrated around Software Development, Product-Management (a.o. Self Service Banking Equipment) incl. Marketing as well as Project-Management. The project management activities were mainly concentrated in the financial industry environment and covered both, software development as well as infrastructural projects. The majority of his employers were well-known, international IT provides. For one of these IT providers Eric Kampstra was, as member of the Swiss board of management, responsible for building a new “Outsourcing” business unit. Apart from working for IT-providers, part of his professional life was spent in line management functions (a.o. as Chief Information Technology Officer) at well-known, Swiss insurance companies.

Both, as project manager as well as line manager Eric Kampstra was more or less daily confronted with questions around organisations, organisation forms, change management, etc.

Eric Kampstra lives since 1981 in Switzerland and joined per February 2008, as a senior consultant, the Glenfis AG team.

Adrian Müller

Müller Adrian

Adrian Müller has been working in the area of IT-Service Management for more than 15 years.

After his education to become an Electronics Engineer Adrian Mueller worked for several years on an international assignment in the field of measurements.

In 1989 Adrian Mueller joined a major IT enterprise and over a period of 10 years occupied various IT-Service Management positions. He has since, successfully applied the experience gained during this time in various national and international projects. The main focuses of these project activities were in the areas of “Operational IT Processes” and “Management of Change in IT enterprises”.

Adrian Mueller has complemented his technical profile with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and by obtaining Certificates in ITIL® and PRINCE2. Since autumn 2004 he is certified BS 15000 & ISO 20000 consultant.

Adrian Müller joined Glenfis AG in Mai 2004 and is a partner in Glenfis AG. He is responsible for the Business Unit glenfisAcademy.

Sarman Sandor

Sarman Sandor

Sandor Sarman has been working in various areas of information technology since 1987.

Upon completion of his degree and language studies in England, France and Mexico he worked for renowned international computer manufacturers. He was employed as a project manager and as a manager in sales and marketing. Since 1996 he has been involved in IT infrastructure and IT organizational projects as a project manager, project coach and instructor. His activities covered the fields of standards, as well as information and service management.

Sandor Sarman has a degree in economics and is a certified ITIL Service Manager and ISO 20000 Consultant. He joined the Glenfis team in April 2007.

Moshe de Smitt

De Smitt Moshe

has been working in various areas of IT Service Management since 1998.

After his education in France (Bachelor of Electronic Technology) and a stint abroad of a few years (for language, pedagogy and didactic studies), he started his IT career as a technical engineer. From 2000 on, he managed various IT infrastructure projects and was responsible for operations as a service delivery manager at an international IT service provider. Since 2003, he has successfully managed projects involving implementing Service Management processes and setting up an end-to-end delivery organization for a renowned global electronics company. In addition, he headed an IT team through a change process (reorganization of enterprise procedures), participated in international projects, and was responsible for contracts fulfillment as well as demand management.

Moshe de Smitt has a Bachelor of Electronic Technology and is a certified ITIL Service Manager and PRINCE2. Moshe de Smitt joined the Glenfis team in November 2008.

Styner Daniel

Styner Daniel

Daniel Styner has more than 10 years of experience in different areas of IT Service Management.

After graduation as a Mechanical Engineer Daniel Styner started his career in the research centre of a global power generation company, where he worked in various international research and development projects. He moved into the IT following his postgraduate studies as a CIM Engineer NDS and a subsequent trainee-program in a large insurance company. During the past 10 years Daniel Styner held various line and project management positions within IT Operations. He successfully managed projects implementing Service Management processes and related tools. In addition he was responsible for the development and implementation of new training concepts and for the design of processes in global infrastructure outsourcing projects. To enhance his broad practical experience with further vocational training Daniel Styner obtained the Manager’s Certificate in IT Service Management and the certificate for ISO 20000 Consultant.

Mathias Traugott

Traugott Mathias

Mathias Traugott has been working in various areas of IT Service Management since 2000.

Upon completion of his apprenticeship in 1988 as airline professional he was employed in several functions and positions as Ground Manager, Customer Service Manager, Deputy of the Head of the Station Control and Project Manager at Zurich International Airport. Since 2000 he is engaged in the IT Service Management environment and was responsible at Atraxis for the lead and development of the unit customer care and managed from spring 2002 until spring 2008 the IT Service Management & Automatization journey and domain at Swisscom Mobile.

Mathias Traugott has a degree in economics as Bachelor of Business Administration BBA is certified ITIL Service Manager and ISO 20000 Consultant.

Mathias Traugott joined the team of Glenfis Ltd. in March 2008 and is responsible for the development of the Consulting Business within the Business Unit glenfisSolution.

Rita Weber

Weber Rita

Rita Weber has a broad experience as an accountant and head of personal administration.

After a commercial education and stays abroad in France and United Kingdom Mrs. Weber worked in lawyer offices and in the head office of a financial institution. She attended further training on a ongoing basis and acquired her accounting competencies in a Swiss multinational company. During the last 9 years Mrs. Weber further developed and specialized her skills in a SME, where she gained a lot of experience in controlling and management functions.

Rita Weber decided to join Glenfis AG at the beginning of 2006. In the function of the CFO she will take responsibility for the accounting department and the personal administration.
