The internationally recognised standard work on IT governance is called CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology). It subdivides IT tasks into processes and control objectives and offers concrete assistance for practically all IT-related questions. CobiT is a tool for governance and monitoring IT from the business point of view and is particularly used as a model for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements (compliance). The principles of CobiT can be applied to any platform and in any business enterprise.
In our CobiT training course we impart the essential aspects of the IT governance concept: with regard to both service lifecycle phases as well as the basis for implementing service management systems. A high degree of practice relevance and an active exploration of the theory while working in groups are particularly important to us. Additionally we provide numerous references and make applicable templates available for effective analysis and implementation of IT governance concepts.
