The best practice instructions from ITIL and CobiT as well as the ISO 20000 and ISO 27000 standards are generic frameworks; without any reference to size, form or branch of the organisations. They are stable foundations that superficially address the question of what to do, not however of how to do it. This is the case because it has to be adapted to the individual requirements and possibilities of the organisation.
It is exactly this concrete implementation of putting what has been learnt into practice that is a great challenge for many IT organisations. At the same time, concrete examples and supporting templates often are lacking. That is where we apply our practical experience seminars. We train the direct application using practical exercises and concrete implementation aids: and in so doing we bridge the gap between capability and action.
Examples of topics from our practical experience seminars:
Service Management Implementation Workshop
Proactive and reactive Availability Management
Configuration Management System
Security Management in accordance with ITIL
Business & IT Continuity Management
