ASSESSMENT & ROADMAP:
THE CURRENT SITUATION

An objective assessment of the current situation gives tangible answers on the performance and accordingly the quality of the IT service organisation – thus, paving the way for the success of the project. In order to determine the effective change requirements, we carry out a maturity assessment, which is based on the five-stage ITIL Process Maturity Model and takes into consideration ISO 20000 requirements. The results are presented and explained within the scope of a workshop; naturally by taking into account the overall situation and assessing every function and process.

Our glenfisAssessments offer an integral analysis of employees, technologies used and current processes; and thus identify appropriate optimisation possibilities in the areas of service quality, costs and risks. The objective results provide a roadmap for the prioritisation of measures necessary for a target-oriented change; of course, in coordination with your individual requirements.

We offer various forms of glenfisAssessments:

  • HotSpot Prozess Maturity Analysis
    Determination of the process maturity and capabilities of an IT service organisation on the basis of the ITIL Process Maturity Models (PMM)
  • ISO 20000 & ISO 27000 Readiness Assessment
    A transparent identification of the quality of the practical values of the ITIL processes already corresponding to a planned ISO 20000 or ISO 27000 certification.
  • Organisation Culture Analysis
    Ascertains the present performance of the employees and the necessity of adapting to fulfil the expectations of the organisation. Describes the business climate from the point of view of the employees and management, shows causes for the present business cultures and concrete levers for change processes.
  • • Service Management Technology Assessment
    Test of tools used in terms of their suitability for service management. The test criteria comply with ITIL core processes and include process integration, user friendliness and technical support.
